The Northeastern Pennsylvania Community Impact Fund is a mission-driven nonprofit affiliate of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) that seeks to leverage available resources for the revitalization and redevelopment of distressed and impoverished communities. The NEPA Community Impact Fund was certified as a Community Development Entity (CDE) by the U.S. Treasury in 2019. The Fund is actively pursuing an allocation of New Market Tax Credits (NMTC)from the U.S. Treasury. In addition to the allocation request, NEPA can serve as a NMTC consultant and seek tax credits from other CDEs that have an allocation.
