The Northeastern Pennsylvania Community Impact Fund is a mission-driven nonprofit affiliate of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) that seeks to leverage available resources for the revitalization and redevelopment of distressed and impoverished communities. The NEPA Community Impact Fund was certified as a Community Development Entity (CDE) by the U.S. Treasury in 2019.
